San Diego, California, January 5,6,7 2001, first date we could get . Fr. Max Oliva, S.J. will co-host the retreat with retreat master, Dorothy Hulburt, San Diego , St. Therese Parish. June 7-10, 2001 - Bellarmine Univ. - Louisville, Ky-

The seventh general meeting of the International Thomas Merton Society will meet at Bellarmine University. The theme of the meeting is "Shining Like the Sun: Thomas Merton's Transforming Vision." The meet will include a trip to the Abbey of Gethsemani. Mark your calendar so you can be able to attend. Further information later.

Robert Waldron's Book About Merton GREAT!       I can't say enough about Robert Waldron's Poetry As Prayer - Thomas Merton. It has been one of the most enlightening books I have ever read on Merton.
