Univ. - Louisville, Ky-
The seventh general meeting of the International
Thomas Merton Society will meet at Bellarmine University. The theme of the
meeting is "Shining Like the Sun: Thomas Merton's Transforming Vision."
The meet will include a trip to the Abbey of Gethsemani. Mark your calendar
so you can be able to attend. Further information later.

can't say enough about Robert Waldron's Poetry
As Prayer - Thomas Merton. It has been one of the most
enlightening books I have ever read on Merton. Its overall review
of his life is the best I have ever seen. And then, his interpretations
of Merton's poetry leaves one absolutely astonished!! What more
